The research program addresses three key global needs related to AI
- It aims to provide a conceptual map for leveraging rapidly developing AI technologies in strategy development and execution, helping companies increase efficiency, identify suitable AI tools, and align implementation strategies
- It focuses on reshaping leadership by identifying the new skills and roles required for leading AI-powered companies and addressing challenges such as managing AI-driven transformations and adoption of rapidly changing technologies
- It seeks to understand AI’s impact on employee well-being, including its effects on cognitive load, work stress, and job satisfaction, while exploring concerns around surveillance, autonomy, and AI-induced psychological impacts
